Your first appointment is focused on clarity. We will talk through your symptoms, what started them, what makes them better or worse, and what you want to get back to. We will assess relevant movement, strength and function, then create a plan for treatment, rehab and return to activity.
If we think you need imaging, medical review or another pathway, we will explain why and guide you through the next step.
